Handvo
First prepare the Batter from the Premix, In the batter add 50 gm besan, add some hing and salt, add veggies to taste, we use beans carrot and onion add some green chilies, add some turmeric red chilly garlic and dhaniya powder mix it well and let it settle for 5 mins, make sure the batter is at a pourable consistency add a little water if you feel it's too thick. Take a pan add some oil sesame seeds , mustard seeds,urad dal 1 tea spoon and curry leaves. Let it splutter or watch the mustard seeds boucing to know when to turn off the flame, pour the batter in the pan and make sure it's as thick as two pancakes. Cover it and cook for 3-4 mins then flip it and let it cook for another 3-4 mins, make sure both sides are golden and crispy and crispy. Put a knife through the cente to see if cooked well. Cut and serve it with fresh coriander chutney.
