Pancakes
In a bowl take one cup milk or almomd milk if you are Vegan, 2 eggs or flak seed meal if you are vegetarian or vegan, vannila extract cinnamon powder, stir it well and keep it aside, take one cup of Quinoa flour add 1 teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda, mix it well, add the mixture to the quinoa flour and let it come to batter consistency add the sweetner of your choice and mix it well. Let it rest for 10 mins. add the batter on a pan let it cook on both sides and its ready to serve. Serve fresg with some honey,maple syrup or but butters.

1 cup of Quinoa flour, 1 cup of milk or almond milk, 2 eggs or 2 teaspoons flaxseed, 1 teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon baking soda, sweetner of your choice.
