Paniyarams

First prepare the batter from the premix, keep it aside, Heat some oil in a pan, add the chana dal urad dal, mustard seeds and hing and let it cook for a bit, if you arent an expert like your mom and don't know when its done keep an eye on the mustard seeds when everuthing starts dancing in the pan you know its time to take it out, Add the onions, green chilies, saute it for about 20 seconds, add the chooped frenchbeans and grated carrot and saute it for about a minute. Add the corriander and curry leaves. let this saute cool down. add this saute in the dosa batter and some salt to taste, heat the paniyaram pan, apply a bit of oil and slowly pour the paniyaram batter in the sockets and let it cook on both sides till brown. (2-3 mins each side) serve it with podi and fresh chutney along with sambar.

150 gms Premix (Approximately 1 cup), 1 Teaspoon Chana Dal, 1 teaspoon Urad dal, Half Teaspoon mustard Seeds, 1/4th Teaspoon Asofoetida (Hing), Half cup chopped frenchbeans, 1 Grated Carrot, Curry leaves, Chopped Corriander leaves, Onion, Green Chillies,Salt and Oil.
