Once out of the refrigerator add some water and bring it back to batter consistency before preparing fresh Dosas or Dhoklas.

Yes, We are performing multiple temperature checks through the day, regular hand washing is being conducted. The staff uses gloves to handle the products, it is packed safely in a paper bag and sealed and then handed over to the delivery agent. Any item that comes in from out is first quarantined for 3 days and the packages sanitized before entering the premises. Enjoy safe and healthy premixes and flours.
