Could not make dosa with the powder following the d
instruction printed on the packets. Batter broken into small pieces on dosa tawa. The taste is also different from the home made batters. However, the shipping and delivery is fine in ecofriendly packages.

Excellent. Soaked for 6hrs. Added salt to taste, cumins,finely chopped ginger, green chilli and onions. Poured the batter on hot tawa and cooked like cheela, pancake. Very tasty and aromatic
