Kara Dosa

Take Oil in a pan add mustard seeds and black gram dal, then add 2 chopped onions and 2 chopped tomatoes, some whole red chilles and Asofoetida(hing), cook it till onions and tomatoes are soft. Switch off the gas and let the pan cool. Blend it in a mixer and temper it with little oil Mustard seeds and curry leaves. Then prepare the Ragi Dosa and smear the tomato chutney on the dosa while its coooking, fold it and serve it.

 

Ingredients

200 gms of Premix or Batter, 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, curry leaves, hing, mustard seeds, black gram dal, few whole red chillied,pinch of oil and salt to taste
