Dhokla
  • Mix 1 cup pre-mix + 1 cup + sour curd +1 cup of warm water.
  • Let the mixture soak and rest for 6-8 hours, or overnight (with added peppercorns for flavour if you prefer)
  • Want extra flavour? Add extra salt, ginger-chili paste or fruit salt just before cooking.
  • Pour into an oiled plate, steam for 20-25 minutes, and serve!
